Pacific Palisades Democratic Club Will Host Waxman, Bloom and Garcetti

Congressman Henry Waxman, Assemblymember Richard Bloom and LA Mayor Eric Garcetti are scheduled to speak at the annual meeting of the Pacific Palisades Democratic Club on Sunday, Jan. 26, at 2 p.m.

The event, which takes place at Pacific Palisades Woman’s Club in Pacific Palisades, is free and open to the public, although the club suggests a $10 donation for attendance. Parking is provided and light refreshments will be served.

The first speaker is scheduled to be Mayor Garcetti, followed by Congressman Waxman and finally Assemblymember Bloom. Each will have thirty minutes to address the audience and then answer questions, should he choose to.

In addition to their speaches, the evening will include club business for members in good standing, such as ratifying bylaw modifications and the candidate slate.
