Laundry Love, a free laundry service for homeless people who can’t afford to launder their clothes, is restarting with its first event on Thursday, May 24. Volunteers will be transporting attendees to a laundromat in Agoura Hills, where they will have free use of the washing machines and dryers—detergent and other supplies will be provided.
The group will meet at the Civic Center by the steps and leave promptly at 10 a.m.; the group will be brought back to the same area once finished.
The event is part of a joint project between St. Joseph Center and the Malibu Interfaith Group. Spaces are limited; sign up with Reverend Paul by calling or texting 818.398.4541.
