Local nonprofit organizations can now apply for the 2019-20 City of Malibu General Fund Grant Program through Friday, March 29.
The program awards funds to organizations that benefit Malibu residents. Applications will be reviewed by the city’s administration and finance subcommittee.
As previously reported by The Malibu Times, Assistant City Manager Lisa Soghor said the amount allotted for grants is not based on anything other than precedent, tradition and the preferences of City Council.
