Webster Students Participate in Red Ribbon Week

Webster Elementary School students hung red ribbons on the playground fence as part of their participation in Red Ribbon Week on Oct. 23-31. 

Red Ribbon Week is dedicated to drug prevention education and observed by schools nationwide each October.
