A vigil in Agoura Hills is planned this evening as part of a nationwide protest against a U.S. intervention in Syria.

Congress could vote as early as next week to authorize a military strike against Syria in response to reports of chemical weapons use by the Syrian government.

The Agoura Hills vigil is set for 5 p.m. at the corner of Kanan Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
