Commanding Officer Drew Thompson hosted the Malibu Navy League members to lunch and a tour of the USS John Paul Jones on June 15. The ship was anchored off the coast of Oxnard. Ryan and Doug Payne joined their father, Malibu Navy League President John Payne, for the Father’s Day festivities aboard the ship. Councilmember Lou La Monte also boarded the ship to travel with the Malibu Navy League.Â
