A Paradise Cove Mobile Home Park resident who submitted this photo to The Malibu Times says it shows a septic pump truck pumping sewage, and a drain rooter and maintenance truck fixing septic overflow at the park on July 20, approximately four hours after Kissel Company officials told a Superior Court judge the septic system was complete and operational. Kissel is facing millions of dollars in fines for failing to meet deadlines imposed by the state to finish installing a new system.
