Rick Bailey died on Sept. 6, 2020, on Deer Creek Road. Rick was a long-time County Line resident and a Neptune’s Net icon. Rick loved the Malibu mountains and died there in the recent heat wave. Although Rick had lost his home in the 2018 fire, he remained in the area. Rick is survived by his sisters Sondra and Phyllis and numerous friends in and around Malibu. A celebration of his life was held on Sept. 19 at County Line beach.
