It’s nice that Bruce Herschensohn had done the right thing while examining the Kennedy presidency. What’s even better news was that the film, “John F. Kennedy: Years of Lightning, Day of Drums,” shows how President Kennedy had enlightened the world.
Herschensohn was correct with what might have happened if President Kennedy were alive. There might not have been a Vietnam War, Watergate, Stagflation, the Iran Hostage Crisis, Iran-Contra or the War on Terror. They were challenges not only to this nation, but also its people.
