I was never so proud of Our Lady of Malibu School as I was Wednesday at Pepperdine for the Veterans’ Day celebration. Beverly Craviero, musical director, marched her OLM troops (grades 1-4) front and center to perform three inspiring numbers, “Celebrate the Child In Us All,” “America’s Finest,” and “God Bless America,” all written and/or arranged by Beverly.
The performance was punctuated by the Master of Ceremonies from OLM, John Flynn, who introduced each song. It was so stirring! Let’s bring the OLM band along next year.
