Malibu’s Ashley Ferbas was awarded $2,500 after winning at the United States Hunter Jumper Association AON/USHJA National Championships in Las Vegas earlier this month. She was crowned reserve champion in her ages 15-17 division, the Children’s Hunter Championship, with her horse Norwegian Wood.
She took the monetary prize in the $2,500 Classic.
Ferbas trained with Malibu Valley Farms’ Chad Mahaffey and Julia Rossow.
