Longtime Malibu residents Annette and David Weil celebrated the marriage of their son Derek Weil to Kelly Winter of Pacific Palisades on May 16 at the Adamson House in Malibu.
Kelly’s parents are Julia Winter of Pacific Palisades and Robert Winter of Los Angeles. Derek’s grandmother is the late Carol Rapf, well-known Malibu real estate agent. Derek is an agent with Pritchett-Rapf Real Estate in Malibu and Kelly is an attorney with the Girardi Keese law firm in Los Angeles.
