Regarding the attempt by State Parks’ mouthpieces Suzanne Goode and Mark Abramson to put lipstick on a pig in “State Parks Tout Lagoon Success” from June 25, the Malibu Lagoon — two-and-a-half years after the former Lagoon destruction was completed — still looks terrible. And, with the drought now in its fourth year and not projected to get better soon, it will only look worse in the near future. Congratulations.
