Local travel baseball team the Beach Dogs won first place at the SoCal Beast End of Year Classic Tournament in Encino Jan. 6.
The team went undefeated, beating the North Valley Hurricanes 5-4 in the final game.
The Beach Dogs includes seven players from Malibu.
