PCH Delays Expected Tuesday at Big Rock Drive

Expect minor traffic delays today, Tuesday, March 11, on eastbound Pacific Coast Highway at Big Rock Drive, while CalTrans crews install K-rails for high tide erosion.

The #2 southbound (eastbound) lane of PCH will be closed between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. for the installation of the guard rails. The K-rails will be installed by a CalTrans maintenance crew at 19812 Pacific Coast Highway.
