The Malibu Jewish Center & Synagogue (MJCS) hosted the 16th annual Chanukah Concert and Celebration on Friday, Dec. 4. Entertainment for the evening featured performances by Cantor Marcelo Gindlin, as well as the MJCS Choir and Orchestra. There was also an appearance by magician/illusionist Arty Loon.
Each year, the MJCS honors members of the community. This year, teachers Joy Czubiak and Jamie Rice were honored for 25 years of service.
