A “demotion party” was held for Bianca Torrence to celebrate her tenure as Malibu Rotary Club president at Tra Di Noi on June 20. Torrence will stay on as president in a limited role for the 2018-19 year, with the help of president-elect Teresa LeGrove Cherkas.
