The Malibu AYSO boys U19 soccer team won the area championship for the third year in a row. The team outscored opponents from Thousand Oaks, Agoura, Moorpark and Newbury 27-3 during the seven-game tournament.
Next up, Malibu will play Bakersfield on Nov. 14-15.
