On May 22 shooting of a mountain lion in Santa Monica
This was the worst outcome we can imagine for that scared poor defenseless animal. Absolutely no excuse for it. There were 5 helicopters circling overhead and to add noise and people with firehoses and throwing objects (as one article stated) when it was confined to a small space is abuse, it’s too late now.
