On Oct. 23, Rotary District Governor-Elect Elsa Gilham inducted five new members into the Malibu Rotary Club. The new members are Griselda Espinoza, Irene Bettler, Kelly Sagona, David Zielski and Bill Krenz. Sponsors of the new Rotarians are Margo Neal, Maggie Luckerath, John Elman, David Baird and Malibu Rotary Club President William Wishard. Each new member was paired with a current member, who will be their personal mentor as they begin their participation.
Gilham was the featured speaker for the evening, giving a talk about the importance of individual Rotary Clubs and the community projects.
