Malibu third grader Lily Folkerts and second grader Carolyn Kim were among the winners of the LA County Library’s 39th annual Bookmark Contest.
Folkerts and Kim were two of four winners from the LA County Supervisors’ Third District—which includes Malibu—headed by Sheila Kuehl.
