Nancy Levy and Kim Griffin’s third grade classes perform the musical folktale “Coyote Steals the Summer,” at Juan Cabrillo Elementary School recently. The play is based on a Zuni legend, about a coyote and an eagle that steal the sun and moon, which explains how winter came to exist.
