The $300 million super yacht that drew gawkers several weeks ago has returned to Malibu this week, anchored near the Malibu Pier. The Philippe Starck-designed boat, owned by Russian billionaire Andrey Melnichenko, has a docking port on the side, from which people were seen taking a much smaller boat out on an excursion to the coast on Wednesday.
