The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District has released a report about environmental work conducted at Malibu High and Juan Cabrillo Elementary schools this year. The report was compiled and released in response to concerns about PCB contamination and developed by ENVIRON International Corporation, the consulting firm that conducted testing.
The report outlined the scientific process and reported results that determined the school campuses are safe based on federally recognized benchmarks. The plan also includes plans for future monitoring. To read it, visit smmusd.org.
