A soft, white cotton rope belonging to one of the “cowboys” in the Point Dume Fourth of July Parade has gone missing. Vince Muselli, one of the horseback riders leading the parade last week, reported the rope missing from his saddle and is hoping someone may have picked it up on the parade route.
