Dressed in Halloween costumes, student council members of Point Dume Marine Science School last week held a flag raising ceremony with a flag that flew over Camp Victory in Iraq. The flag was sent to the City of Malibu from troops in Iraq in appreciation of the many boxes of treats, cards and letters written by the students that were received by the troops.
