Hundreds of Malibu locals and visitors attended the California Wildlife Center’s (CWC) 17th annual Wild Brunch celebration, benefiting animals under the care of the center. This year’s brunch, Return to the Wild, featured food from local vendors, face painting, a live and silent auction, and a raffle for a one week stay at The Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas in Maui. The Kids Wild Zone featured a buffet, art and educational activities.
The event, which took place at Gull’s Way Estate in Malibu, concluded with the release of a hawk that the center rehabilitated.
