My son, Charles, called me at work today and told me that Michael Barsocchini died. In the early ’80s, when my husband and I were going crazy trying to get a building permit, I called Michael for help. He not only helped me with getting the permit, he hired me to work for him. Several months later his wife, Barbara, became pregnant with Tony, and I with Charles. He kept me on payroll allowing me to bring my infant son to work. He was a very important person in my life and I am very sad that he is gone.
