Malibu residents may soon be able to grocery shop a little later than usual, as the Pavilions at Point Dume Village has applied for extended operating hours that would keep the store open until midnight.
Currently, Pavilions is open 7 a.m.-9p.m., but on Monday, March 18, the Planning Commission will hear an application for the store to operate 6 a.m.-12 a.m, including the sale of alcohol, according to a public hearing notice.Â
“These time limits may be changed at the discretion of the Commission,” the notice states.
Pavilions opened in 2008 after a remodel of the Point Dume Village shopping center.
