Due to Caltrans construction, the No. 2 westbound lane and shoulder on Pacific Coast Highway—from Morning View Drive to Ventura County border—will be closed until Wednesday, March 7. The closures will take effect from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. daily.
According to an alert from the City of Malibu, one traffic lane and the bicycle lane will remain open throughout construction. Expect minor delays.
Additionally, the No. 2 eastbound lane on PCH in the 22800 block, east of Malibu Pier, on Monday, March 5. The No. 2 westbound lane will be closed Tuesday, March 6, in the same area. The closures will take effect from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. both days.
A mid-block traffic signal, constructing curb ramps, driveway and sidewalk will be installed during the closure.
