A 19-year-old driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after hitting two parked cars on Pacific Coast Highway near Meadows Court last Thursday at around 7:40 p.m. The driver was heading westbound on the highway in the right lane when he lost control and hit two cars parked on the side of the road, Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Department officials said.
The driver, a Simi Valley resident, was taken to Kaiser Permanente in Woodland Hills after complaining of neck and back pain. The other five passengers in the car were not injured.
