5/14

Petty theft

Around $730 worth of valuables were stolen from a vehicle on Pacific Coast Highway, County Line Beach—the owner said they left their keys under tire.

Vandalism

Signs were vandalized with graffiti at the entrance to Sycamore Park.

Tools dash

Burglars smashed windows from a vehicle on Pacific Coast Highway near the Malibu Pier and stole $150 worth of tools.

Trespasser

A Sea Vita homeowner reported a trespasser on her property. Nothing was stolen, but she noticed a flashlight was left behind.

Break in

A front door of a liquor store on PCH was smashed, but the intruder did not enter.

Grab and go

Around $3,000 worth of personal possessions were stolen from a locked vehicle parked on Cross Creek.

Surf swipe

$3,500 worth of electronics were stolen from an unlocked vehicle at Surfrider Beach.

Beach thief

A vehicle was burglarized on Pacific Coast Highway near Leo Carrillo State Beach.

Coffee shop-lifter

$1,500 worth of electronics were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked near a coffee shop on Pacific Coast Highway.
