Our family and friends would like to thank the City of Malibu for providing cab rides to Malibu High students after Friday night’s prom and Malibu High School for making sure the information was given to the students. What a wonderful idea! Prom nights can be a deadly occasion. Teenagers can make terrible decisions which can lead to life-long consequences. We know of many students who called the cabs to get home last night and think it was a key factor in providing a safe evening as well as reinforcing the message that drinking and driving is deadly.
We would like to make sure that the wonderful cabbies themselves were tipped because we have heard that many of the students didn’t have any money with them. Is there a place to send a check?
