Twelve-year-old Malibu native Tom Schaar completed one of only two Big Air 900s in X Games skateboarding competition history this weekend, according to ESPN. The 900 was enough to advance the 12-year-old skateboarder to the Big Air finals where he finished in 6th place, just five points behind this year’s champion. Schaar made headlines in March when he became the first skateboarder to land a 1080.
