Landry Design Group (LDG), established by Malibu resident Richard Landry in 1987, won six awards in the 2014 Gold Nugget Awards, presented by the Pacific Coast Builders Conference. Among the six awards the firm received, one was for a home built in Malibu. Including 2014’s results, LDG has received a total of 56 awards; making this year the 13th consecutive year the firm has won an award.
The Malibu home was transformed from an enclosed plan to all three floors being opened up, flooding the house with light and taking advantage of the oceanfront location. The house earned a Merit Award for a Renovated or Restored Project.
