“Deal or No Deal” host Howie Mandel sold his Malibu home this week after two years on the market.

Mandel sold his Nantucket-style Point Dume home for $7 million, Malibu realtor Michael Gardner reported. He had originally listed the house in Nov. 2011 for $7.25 million, but increased the price to $7.75 million in January.

The house, designed by Malibu architect Doug Burdge, is on Dume Drive. It also features a two-story guest house and pool. Gardner said the interior features many details, including hand-scraped wood floors, carrera marble, open beams and custom molding.
