In your April 9 edition, you published a letter from Peter Fleming wherein he expressed disparaging views regarding the Malibu City Council and its handling of various issues including the old Malibu Lumber property. At the end of the letter he indicated that he is a member of the Malibu Association of Realtors, implying that he speaks on behalf of the association.
For the record, Mr. Fleming does not, in any capacity, speak on behalf of the Malibu Association of Realtors. The association has not taken a position regarding the disposition of the Malibu Lumber property.
