A traffic accident has backed up traffic at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and John Tyler Drive, according to an alert from the City of Malibu’s emergency services system. The accident is expected to block westbound traffic on PCH until approximately 9:45 p.m. this evening. Motorists should expect diversions and delays.
