On Friday, June 12, students and their families gathered at Under the Oaks Preschool for a summer kickoff celebration. Attendees were encouraged to bring picnics and blankets, and enjoy a musical performance by Mark and Grace Lewis and a theater performanes by KITE — Kids Interactive Theatre Ensemble. KITE is an ensemble of teenagers, led by Mark and Hara Lewis, that was formed 10 years ago to provide a safe, fun and creative environment for young actors to express themselves.
