Caltrans will be paving one southbound lane of Pacific Coast Highway from July 23 until July 27 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Crews will begin paving at Encinal Canyon Road and complete about 400 feet per day.
Residents living in the 31000 to 32000 blocks of the highway are advised to not park their vehicles in driveways as they may not be able pull out onto the road.
