Kevin Kelley, 31, died on Aug. 17 in New York City. Kelley grew up in Malibu and later moved to New York, where he worked in the electronics industry. He was a talented, well-known football player at Santa Monica High School and UC Berkeley, where he earned his degree.
Kelley is survived by his parents Bob and Cindy Kelley. A memorial service will take place at First Unitarian Church in Santa Monica, 18th Street and Arizona, on Saturday at 11 a.m.
