We arrived in Malibu 10 years ago and discovered a community populated with a lot of terrific folks who shared many of our values. Neighborliness is one that comes to mind. It’s easy to recognize people who rise to the occasion during our wildfires and they are to be greatly celebrated. Another facet of neighborliness which I particularly enjoy here in our corner of Malibu Park are the countless small favors, kindness and help that we extend to one another on a daily basis, as well as in times of crisis. I just want to say: thanks, everybody. My wife Susan and I are grateful and humbled to be considered “Malibu locals” on dear Calpine Drive.
