Malibu native Carol Yang recently graduated from University of California, Berkeley, with a double major in public health and social welfare, and was chosen to represent the undergraduate class of 2013 and deliver a speech during the commencement ceremony.
She also received the Social Welfare Department Honors upon graduation. Yang graduated from Malibu High School in 2009.
