Malibu local Candice Tab wed Charles Porter of Oxford, England, on Saturday, March 26, at Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks.
Tab grew up in Malibu, where she attended Juan Cabrillo Elementary and Malibu High schools. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in communication from Pepperdine University.
Porter was born in Oxford and played football for Duke University, where he received a degree in cultural anthropology and education.
The couple currently resides in Marina Del Rey, but plans to move back to Malibu when they start a family. Tab’s mother Jeeny Miller, stepfather Michael Miller, sister Renee Tab and brother Amir Tab currently reside in Malibu.
