Susan Tellem is right. Yep, I did for certain misspell her name. Dumb me, I offer my humble apology. I assigned myself the task of writing her last name 100 times correctly because I don’t want to be condemned to perdition for such a grievous mortal sin.
But she’s wrong about her husband’s (Marshall Thompson) latest erroneous statement that the City has not received any income since it purchased Chili Cook-off when, in fact, it has received over $2 million. In an e-mail message to me she said I should “just shut up.” Now she wants me to “take up a hobby like lawn bowling.” Good idea, but right now I spend my spare time correcting Tellem’s and Thompson’s misleading and deceptive statements.
