Still making up your mind about who to vote for in November? Curious about who the people are behind the yard signs? Tonight is your chance to get to know the people vying for seats on Malibu City Council.
The Malibu Times will host a city council debate tonight at Malibu City Hall.
The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Civic Theater (city council chambers) and will run for 90 minutes. All six candidates are expected to appear and will answer questions.
Publisher Arnold G. York will moderate the forum, at which each candidate will be asked both personal and general questions about his or her policy positions and backgrounds.
There are three open seats available with six candidates campaigning. Five individuals, including the mayor, sit on the Malibu City Council. Voting takes place on Tuesday, Nov. 8.
