Power expected to be restored by 5 p.m.

Nearly 300 customers have been without power in the Las Flores Canyon area since approximately 11:30 p.m. yesterday.
The power went out when a drunk driver collided with a pole on Las Flores Canyon Road, Lt. John Benedict from Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station said. The driver, who was not identified, was transported to West Hills Hospital. He was not inured.
Southern California Edison spokesperson Vanessa McGrady said a crew is replacing the pole, and power is expected to be restored by 5 p.m. today.
The boundaries of the outage are north of Pacific Coast Highway, east of Las Flores Mesa Drive, west of Rambla Vista and south of Rambla Pacifico.
