Earlier this month, a group of Webster Elementary School students, parents and school staff delivered more than 300 stuffed animals to 28 children at Lake Arrowhead Elementary School who lost their homes in the recent fires. When the Webster contingent arrived at Lake Arrowhead, the students brought in the stuffed animals and put them on several tables in the cafeteria. The 28 Lake Arrowhead students, ranging from kindergarteners to sixth graders, were called out of class. The Webster students began calling the names of each Lake Arrowhead student and handed them two big bags of stuffed animals of all sizes and a packet of letters. The kids from both schools had a chance to mingle and talk while posing for pictures. The Webster group was treated to lunch before heading back down the mountain to Malibu.
