The City of Malibu Parks and Recreation Department will present “Blindsided,” a one-woman show, at Malibu Civic Theater on Thursday, March 6, at 7 p.m.
The free show, written and performed by Jeannette Rizzi, is rated PG-13, and the Parks and Rec Department recommends the show for high school students and parents.
Topics covered in the performance include the events of Rizzi’s life story: insecurities, bullying and the suicide of a close friend. The show has been described as both serious and uplifting, seeking to inspire and inform its audience.
