Malibu resident Susan Levine Liebeler was recently honored as a 2012 inductee into the International Forest of Friendship in Atchison, Kansas. Liebeler was recognized for her many contributions to the Ninety-Nines, the International Organization of Women Pilots, and particularly her home chapter the Ventura County Ninety-Nines.
Susan became a pilot in 1999 and in addition to her flying, Susan enhanced local and later national fundraising activities, especially providing support for the construction of the Museum of Women Pilots.
